Do I have to pay for shipping?
No. Shipping is included.
Can I pay to have expedited shipping?
We only offer standard shipping, which will not be charged and is included as part of your redemption. Shipping may take up to 60 (sixty) days.
How do I know if my item has been shipped?
We will start the shipping process once your order is placed. You will receive an email once your order is shipped.

What should I do if I have problems with shipping?
If you have any problems with shipping, please reach out to our shipping customer service team at shipping@sobepromos.com. They will be available from Monday through Friday, 9AM to 5PM EST, and you can expect a response within 48 business hours.
Can I exchange/return my item?
Products are eligible for return or exchange (subject to availability) through our customer support center. Please contact shipping@sobepromos.com to initiate process. For refund and exchange item must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. All merchandise items must be returned unworn, undamaged, in "as new" condition. No refunds or exchange requests will be accepted or processed after 11/31/2024.
How much is the return/exchange shipping fee for online purchases?
If the returns/exchange order is confirmed, it is free.

Yes, if you are not happy with your order, products are eligible for refunds through our customer support team. Please contact shipping@sobepromos.com. Refund will take place once item is returned. Can I return or exchange items for a different one?
No. Items can only be returned or exchanged for the same item (e.g request a different size) and are subject to availability.
